The ICAS Foundation has announced five auction packages on which members can bid during the live auction portion of the annual Chairman’s Banquet on Thursday, December 6 at the 2018 ICAS Convention in Las Vegas. All proceeds for the live auction will benefit the ICAS Foundation in its mission to preserve the legacy of aerial performers, fund aviation scholarships to support future aviation careers, and assist families of those in the air show industry who have been struck by tragedy.

“Due largely to the generosity of the companies supporting this year’s auction, the Foundation has assembled an especially awesome collection of packages in support of the important work being done to assist the air show community,” said ICAS Foundation Board Chairman Judy Willey. “We hope that members will come prepared with their checkbooks and an eagerness to back the Foundation’s important work.”

The first package is the “2019 ICAS Convention & Las Vegas VIP Experience” which will include two complimentary 2019 ICAS Convention registrations, VIP suite accommodations at the 2019 convention, round trip limo service to and from the airport, four tickets to any Caesars Entertainment show or concert, dinner for four at Gordon Ramsay Steak, and preferred table locations for ten at the 2019 Pinnacle Awards luncheon and Chairman’s Banquet. Additionally, the package will include two passes to indoor skydiving and a machine gun range, both located in Vegas.

The second package will be the Bremont MBII Black watch with a 43mm hardened stainless steel case, anti-magnetic Faraday cage, anti-shock movement mount and finely detailed black leather strap.

The “Stallion 51 Orientation Flight and Experience Kissimmee” package consists of a one-hour hands-on orientation flight in the iconic P-51 Mustang, including an extensive pre-brief and post-flight discussion. Additionally, the package will include a “Machine Gun America” package for two, two tickets to Gatorland, two one-hour airboat tours, a backlot tour of Kermit Weeks’ extensive collection of vintage aircraft and warbirds, and hotel accommodations in Kissimmee for four nights.

The “2019 PGA Championship at Bethpage (NY) VIP Package” includes four passes to the VIP Wanamaker Club for the 2019 PGA Championship on the Black Course at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York, on May 16-19, 2019. The Wanamaker Club passes provide access to both the Championship Grounds and the air-conditioned Wanamaker Club featuring upscale food and beverage service for sale. The package also includes VIP parking and hotel accommodations for the four days of the tournament.

Finally, the “Red Bull Air Race VVIP Package” includes two tickets to a Red Bull Air Race anywhere in the world during the 2019 season with access for two to the ultra-exclusive Sky Lounge on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as a G-flight orientation flight for one through a simulated/abbreviated Red Bull Air Race course in an Extra 300.
