ICAS has developed a 90-minute webinar on organizing and executing a drive-in style air show that was held on March 18. In addition to a series of twelve “micro-presentations” of 4-5 minutes each on a wide range of topics related to holding a drive-in air show, the program includes documentation generated by organizers who held drive-in shows in 2020, including reports, plans, timelines, protocols, and correspondence. Although there is some hope that the COVID situation will improve enough for many shows to move forward in 2021, it is also clear that some shows will not be able to conduct traditional air shows in the early part of the upcoming season. And some of them will be considering the drive-in model in lieu of cancelling completely. ICAS has organized this program for their benefit.
