Since the FAA issued its policy on air boss certification in 2018, ICAS has tried to frequently—almost incessantly—remind our members that the FAA will REQUIRE all air shows in 2020 to have an air boss with a Letter of Authorization.  To get a LoA for 2020, it is mandatory to get evaluated in 2019.  If you have an air show planned for 2020, please read through the ICAS Air Boss Recognition Manual and ensure that your air boss is on track to be qualified to work at your show.
