On Friday, December 1, several ICAS Convention delegates arrived early in Las Vegas to take part in a two-day motorcycle tour of the Death Valley area. Participants included David White, Richard Cooper, Rick Hamre, Mike Dunphy, Jean-Francois Sills, Mario Hamel, and Micheline Turcot.

The first leg took place on Friday, when three members covered 100 miles from Las Vegas to Kingman, Arizona and back. The second leg was on Saturday, December 2 as all seven members gathered to tour Death Valley before returning to Las Vegas.

The success and positive responses from all of the participants suggest that another pre-ICAS Convention motorcycle tour may be in the works for 2018. This tour would be open to all ICAS members, cover greater distances, and visit different areas of Nevada/Arizona.
