On behalf of all its performer members, ICAS has been granted an extension of a pair of exemptions for ICAS member pilots. The exemptions are from FAR 61.3 (a) and (c) and FAR 91.151 (a)(1), (a)(2), and (b).  These exemptions relieve ICAS member performers from the requirements to operate with their pilot certificates, medicate certificates and photo identification on board their aircraft and the requirement to carry less than visual flight rule’s minimum fuel requirements while performing. The full text of these exemptions are available here for the 61.3 exemption and here for the 91.151 exemption.  Please save these links should you need them.  The exemptions expire in 2021.
