The new changes in FAA Order 8900.1 Volume 3, Chapter 6, Section 1 mandate that each air show have emergency extraction documents for each performer on file and available to first responders working at the air show. It is the responsibility of the air show performer to provide these documents to the air show, and ICAS has developed a simple process for performers to ensure that their documents are automatically sent to each show at which they will be performing.

A performer may fill out this template and email the document to Dan Hollowell at hollowell@airshows.aero. The document will automatically be sent at regular intervals to all air shows that have that performer listed on their listing on the air show calendar on the ICAS website.

Since all performers are now required to provide extraction documents to the shows at which they perform, ICAS will be re-working the design of this system so that the information may be more easily accessed by members so that they can forward their information to non-member events.
