During the sometimes oppressive heat of July and August, it is critical that we focus on the lessons that we have already taught ourselves.  Previous Ops Bull articles are archived by subject matter here.  If you look at the Human Factors tab, it is easy to refresh on the relevant articles to the summer months.  Hydration is a popular subject in Ops Bull and is an extremely important factor in the summer months.  You can read the article on G Tolerance and Dehydration to remind yourself of the affects you may feel from drinking too little water and how it will impact your performance.  You can read more recent hydration articles here and here as well.

As familiar as these themes may be, it’s important to periodically reacquaint ourselves with summer flying-related risks and mitigation techniques for those risks.
